It’s been a day we’ve been dreading, but Liam was a veritable champ! He endured the physical reasonably well and with very little fuss. He’s weighing in at 6.6 kg, and measures 61 cm… a big boy! Doc isn’t too worried about it though, as Liam is exclusively breastfed so his weight gain is totally natural. But when the time came for his jabs, there was the expected screaming and crying (from Liam, not his mum), but he was fairly easily calmed afterwards and slept in his BabyBjorn carrier all the way home. We’re on fever alert now, in case the vaccines make him feel poorly over the next few days, and we’re armed with Doliprane suppositories to keep him as comfortable as possible. Next vaccine is in a month….
