We are getting back to regular routine, after the visit from Sarah, Ross and Meg and our week away in Samoens (we’ll add photos eventually, for posterity on Liam’s site at least, as all the family has shared and seeen all the photos).
Liam is struggling to get back to school routine, finding it hard to break away from Mum again (lots of tears) but it should improve with time.

Last weekend we swung by Deb’s friend Sharon’s house to pick up toys her older boy had grown out of – turns out it was 2 big boxes of toys. The baby toys we’ve past along in turn, but Liam was in heaven.
We also went to the Monaco Funfair were Liam went on his first mini-Roller coaster and other age appropriate rides and had a good time.

This last weekend we took Jana and baby William out to Cagnes-sur-Mer to the Chestnut Festival, which was heaving with people and featured animals for the kids (rabbits, goats, sheep, donkeys, chickens and some cute piglets), lots of stalls of Artisinal meats/cheeses, candies and nick-nacks and log chopping competitions and other goings on. We met up with friends of Jana’s as well as Bob, Katherine and Guliana and was all n all a good day out.

We’re taking it easy today with chores and Mumma and Liam are baking Banana bread and cookies, taking advantage of the new stove installed this week – the old one was too broken to repair.
