It’s been almost four months since we’ve moved… and the apartment has started to take shape bit by bit. It was a completely unfurnished flat, so we needed a few things to make it homey — and I’ve spent a lot of money getting it sorted, so couldn’t do everything at once.
But it’s starting to look and feel like home. We just need to do something about Adam’s ‘home office’ which takes up a very unsightly large part of the living room. But I’m working on it, so hopefully by spring it will be less of an eyesore.
We have no shortage of sunsets here… the views are amazing, and we’re looking forward to hosting many apero’s here… and I’m looking forward to the pool opening in another month or so….
Liam enjoys our view over the sea and the port...
Our new sofa has arrived!! Hooray!!!
Liam has a fold out sofa in his room so he can have sleepovers!!
So Nico slept over! 🙂
My new cabinet for our knick knacks and things. Adam and I had to carry it all the way up our street and our stairs, the delivery people wouldn't even attempt to drive up our road.
The new carpet, which I've waited 3 months for.... I LOVE IT
The weird 1960's green kitchen is starting to look more charming
Sea Fog... a weird phenomenon here... I've never seen it in Nice before.
